Jools shares his lifelong passion for classical music and the beautiful connections with jazz and blues. With fascinating guests each week, who bring their own favourite music.

Today, Jools's choices include music by Faure, Vivaldi and Carwithen with performances by violinist Patricia Kopatchinskaja, baritone Gerard Souzay and the Latvian Radio Choir. His guest is the pianist, conductor and curator Joanna MacGregor who plays her own transcription of Nina Simone on the studio piano and introduces music she loves by Mozart, Mingus, Rameau and Piazzolla.
